Factory alarms / keyless entry location?

I have a 1998 Extended cab ranger with 4X4 and the 4.0. Does anyone know where the factory alarm and keyless entry box is I want to disconnect it so that the truck does not arm itself when I lock the truck? I generally unlock the truck with the key so loosing the keyless entry is not a big deal for me. Thanks in advance.
