Does anybody how to extract a video file thats on Facebook so I can save it and upload to youtube?

Why not just ask the person for the original video file?

download a program called jDownloader. then right click the video and save link. go to j downloader and hit ctrl U and parse URL and it will find the link. click continue and your golden. it will be in your downloads folder.
