ok i got a question.:icon_confused: why dosnt fabtech make lift kits for rangers.:icon_confused: thats just f*cked up.

and the bigest lift i found was 8" and is made by skyjacker.:icon_thumby:

does any one know any companys that make a biger lift than 8"?:icon_confused:

just a question to you why do you want more than an 8in lift i had a 7in lift on my yota and that was still overkill when i threw on the 35s wow it was nice cause no one around here had a yota like that but...... it still did just as good off road as it did stock maybe a bit better becausee of the tires. if i had to say anything about 20percent with the 7in lift did better off road and 80percent of that was the tires the difference was great with them more than the lift. heres what i would if i was you instead of lifting armor up the bottom of the truck and throw in a locker with some good mud tires and see if that makes a difference then lift it dont just slap a lift on and head out you wont notice much difference just the truck will sit higher and you might notice the ground clearence a bit more but id say go with a 4in lift if you want to put a lift on without doing anything else but hey if you want a mall crawler get the 8in lift. so to answer your question. about fabtech the only reason i can think of would be that to them the ranger isnt as popular to lift and to all of us it may seem different but where they are located out in cali just think the ppl over there who buy rangers might not want to lift there truck and if they do its not going to be as much and fabtech from exp. like to make lift kits for trucks that they think are popular in desert racing. and yes the ranger would be a great off road racer but with the coil springs on some of the rangers and others with torsion bars. they prolly think it is a waste of money to spend on the design for a lift kit for a truck that they dont get alot of demand for. now in saying that they do make a spindle lift im not sure if its on the site but i have seen them and i know other members have them or have seen them as well. hope this helps you in some way

i get around most places big horsepower, lifted, big tired trucks go and my b2 is basically stock height with 31's...

No higher than 8"... with ttb your steering gets screwed up (or so I hear) when lifting past 6".

Unless you're rocking it Hawaiian style, more than 8" of lift, I would assume would be bigger than 38's with that much lift, and you'll be annihilating the stock suspension every time you moved the truck.
