i built this last week.. bends pretty decent for what i had into it.

disciplerocks, the focus is killer! this is how econoboxes should have been built. stick shift and rear wheel drive! the 302 doesn't hurt either!

Just finished building my new exhaust and cross member.

Threw down some nice welds with the big machine at school, crazy difference from the one i have at home.

I hope i don't have to redo part of the cross member.. The drive shaft was grinding on the stock one. We'll see.

was not built today but was built over chrismas vacation. a buddy and i got coned into making a rear bumper for a chevy 1500 that is planed have duel swing out gates that will have at least 20 to 30gals of fluid.

the main reason for this is to repair damage. my buddy who owns the truck was rear ended and the truck suffered minor damage but the bumper and the hitch was tweaked pretty good.

material used is 3/16" x 6" flat bar, 1/2" x 6" flat bar, and 2" x 6" rectangle tube.
