F150 Coil Springs

Will F150 coil springs fit on a 94 ford ranger 4x4? I have access to them at a low cost and I was thinking that they might be better than a spacer kit for the coils i got on there now. Anyone know if they would work? If so is there a specific year that would fit? thanks in advance

It can be hit-or-miss with F-150 coils, due to the vast variations in weight between the different body styles and engines offered in both the Ranger and the F-150. It couldn't hurt to try them though if you can return them if they don't work out.

As for spacers, nothing wrong with the type Sasquatch posted links to as long as your stock coils are in decent condition.
