extended shocks

i put leveling coils on my truck and my shocks were toast so i got new ones. not knowing what to get i just got stock monroe replacements and made custom stud extenders. i ended up bending the stud because the coils are stiffer and the longer stud has more leverage. what length shocks do i need for a 2" lift. i would like to be able to go the the store and be like. hey. i need a shock thats this big. or if you have a part number of a generic brand. that would be cool. i don't feel like spending money on name brand ones and shipping

Measure what you are wanting use the part numbers in the above link and you could have the parts store of your choice cross reference it to their shocks most likely
