extended radius arm build up

Plumcrazy, Ive checked mine at full droop. No issues with the frame, thanks for the idea. It took me a while to get my set done, But others and myself have found the discussion in this thread useful and thats what makes TRS so great.:icon_cheers:

Looks good! :icon_thumby:

You'll appreciate the increase in wheel travel.

If you send me a set of stock arms, then I will extend them as long as you would like and send them back.:icon_thumby:

I am going to be making a set of these shortly. Can I use the stock radius arm brackets and my 4" drop brackets ? I see most people have them mounted closer to the frame..

you need them mounted up close to the frame or they will drag on everything and you will have killed your rampover angle, the old 70's style F150 radius arm brackets work if you dont want to fab your own.

I used a dremel and rounded the edges of the hole in the bushing mount so it wouldnt cut into the bushing. Thats all thats really needed.

here are mine.

I hope that one for the passengerside beam just isn't finished yet (needs a couple gussets and doubling up the flange, making it thicker).

The one for the driver side looks great though. :icon_thumby:
