Extended brake cables...Help please!

So, i just bought my second ranger after my first one got totaled from a driver who wasn't paying attention. i found this ranger on craigslist and bought it with money i got from the accident, well after about a week of driving it, my brakes went out. So i got it up to the shop where i ALWAYS take my truck, and it turns out that my Skyjacker extended brake line, is/was rubbing on my tire and it bent the fitting where it connects to the caliper and broke a seal and i lost all pressure and a bunch of brake fluid, causing me to loose my brakes. so i ordered another skyjacker extended brake line kit, had them installed and about 2 weeks of just driving back and forth from school and work, my brake line broke agian, same place and everything. I'm concerned about ordering another pair. i saw on here about grinding a corner down and repositioning it, will that solve my problem? and has anyone heard or have this set of brake lines? http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/s...92/XLT/6_Cyl_4-dot-0L/S3091240.html?loc=Front
they work with my lift? i have a 6in suspension with 3in body.
Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

go HERE and see what I did, $30 each line and are off the shelf parts, if you read it it'll require a little modification as the stock lines are metric and not standard, so change to standard nuts, re-flare the lines, passenger side is good after that, drivers side needs the Tee that will need slight modification (VERY easy, if you have a 3/8"-24 die). If you ever break one at a bad time, no special order parts...

James Duff lines, best deal on stainless lines, and they come with the T junction.

1989 Chevy K2500 with the 8600 pound GVW brake lines work very well (I've had a set for years). Have to grind the edge of the block that the banjo bolt goes through slightly, and there's a bracket halfway up that you need to very carefully pry off and discard. About $17 a side and no piecing brake lines together. And if your rear line is too short the rear line off of a 89 Dodge 1/2 ton 4x4 will work well.
