Hey guys the truck I just bought is a 91 std cab 4x4, it has a 3in body lift on it and I have ordered skyjacker 2in leveling coils because the frontend is pretty well worn out. Can I run extended radius arms on only a 2in lift so I ca get a little bit better flex out of this truck? On the rear im going to get rid of the factory block and havent decided weather to use the 64in chevy leaves or make my own pack with explorer leaves mixed in. Im pulling the front and rear sway bars off as well. Replacing the ball joints and u-joints in the dana 35. I would rather just have the front end apart one time and replace everything I can. Ill post up some pics of the truck after im doe painting it, got the cab and front end painted semi flat olive drab, love the looks of it. :headbang:

im not exactly sure if you can run extended radius arms with leveling coils, but my question is if your going to have the whole front end apart, and your going to be spend money on new coils and radius arms anyway (im guessing $750 for both) why not just do a full blown lift kit? A complete 4 or 6 inch kit from skyjacker will only run you another 750 or so. plus alignment.

Yes, there really isn't enough benefit from extended arms on a little 2" lift to make it worth it (plus the arms will end up hanging pretty low at the frame end, robbing you of precious clearance at that height).

3" lift is where you'll start seeing the benefits of extended arms come into play.
