Ext Cab Privacy Window Differences?

Quick Question: I'm looking to replace my solid, glued-in quarter window in my '99 4-door. Will the flip-out windows work? And are they pretty similar in appearance to the non-flip ones? I'd only be replacing one and not the pair so I'd like them to match somewhat.

I saw an 87 ex cab with the flip out windows, it looked pretty similar to mine except for the latch and hinge bolts.
