I don't see how. The pinched portion at the ports of the lower one in those pics can't be any more than 1/2" wide on the outside.![]()
Look at how straight the manifold is between the ports... it has to be the driver side.

The quater is taped into port #6 and the port you are refering to is right next to it in port #7.
Must be a small quarter

Point is, the ports on 5, 6 & 7 aren't exactly free flowing with the pinched portions. The opening may be bigger, but that quarter ain't going very far before stopping. And the flow from 5 & 6 past the 7 port must get pretty crowded, certainly no better than the tubular manifolds.
Okay, The tube style are terrible and the cast ones aren't much better. Wasn't someone going to work on a spread sheet with pictures to really show the good, bad and ugly? Maybe I can take some time, not working, too cold outside, give me something constructive to do. Have to see.
