I have a 92 4x4 Ranger that is worn out underneath. My 95 Explorer 4x4 just was wrecked. So can I put all the underneath from the Explorer into my Ranger?

No.

The rear end will work well enough once flip the perches and get some shock tabs welded on.

The front end is hopeless. Your Ranger is a TTB front end, with two beams, two brackets, and two springs. Your 95 Explorer is an IFS front setup with knuckles, CV shafts, upper and lower control arms, and torsion bars. The two setups are 150% incompatible. Your Ranger's frame doesn't even have anything close to the proper mounting points to begin that kind of swap.

it depends on what exactly you mean when you say "underneath"

the rear end in the explorer is gonna be a disc 8.8, takes a little work to put into a ranger but is still a very common swap because of the upgrade in strength as well as the benefit of disc brakes. the front end in your explorer will be a IFS d35 that's not anything like the TTB d35 in your ranger. what else would you like to know?

edit: damn you adsm. i wouldnt have even typed that if i knew you were already here... :thefinger:
