Explorer carpet in Ranger

Been doing some thinking since I was last at U-Pull-It, they had a nice Explorer Limited there that I scalped the center console out of. While I was there I couldn't help but notice it had perfect tan carpet.

I know for seat tracks and stuff Explorers and std cab Rangers differ, but would the front part of the carpet swap?

No it will not fit nicely. I did the same thing to my bronco. My carpet was super nasty and not saveable.
I had to cut the carpet down the center. Most of it is covered, but the biggest gap is all the way forward just under the dash. It looks ghetto, but in my case it is better then what I had. No dried in blood.

No it will not fit nicely. I did the same thing to my bronco. My carpet was super nasty and not saveable.

Bummer, I thought it would be a easy way to get rid of the red vinyl dyed tan with the huge hole for the shifters.
