Just a pic of the new grille I got earlier this year. Chrome started peeling off the OE grille after this winter, I suppose water got under it. Got this unit on Amazon for $90. They have a black one too. Just an FYI.

The Ford emblem did not come with the new grille. I cut the top off the OE emblem with a Dremel and attached it to the new grille with double-sided foam trim tape and some Gorilla Glue. Installation time less than 45 minutes (there is a helpful video on YouTube), it took longer getting the old grille out than putting the new one in.
