Explorer 5 Liter Question

I have a whole doner '94 Cobra that I bought for my swap, but now I am considdering putting that drivetrain in my '66 Mustang. I have found a complete Explorer 5 liter engine for $400 and need to know what all I would have to change to make it distributor ignition. If the cost is cheaper than just buying a 5 liter from a '93 GT with the distributor ignition for $550.

Pull the cam position sensor plug that's in the distributor hole and replace it with a steel geared distributor.

...and change the harness/ecu/fuel rail if you want to keep it EFI.
