LUCKY! My truck would have been built a while ago if i had access to a high voltage putlet to plug my welder into. Dang rental houses. Anyways sounds like you got a pretty good system going. Congradulations, And i suppose its either half way decent paying or you have a lot of beer in your fridge!

Too bad the D35 TTB rocks and you're wasting your time.

Only kidding....looks good, and it's amazing how easy stuff gets when you do it more and more.

Keep up the good work!

OF COURSE i have a bar fridge full of beer! still broke tho! i didnt charge my friends $$ on any of the swaps i did. Although they were required to feed me! besides they bought most of the parts and were there helping me do it. There is a good bonus to that, next time i need help with my truck or moving something ect. i will have 3 friends at my door just waiting to help me.. so its cool!

EDIT: Oh and we didnt want to get rid of the TTB but he needed 4.10 R&P(his was screwed) and we were quoted $425 installed with a master kit. then I turned his eye on my spare 4.10 hp 44.
Thast was it. I Sold it to him for $200. and helped him get it going again so he could come wheelin with the rest of us! LOL yes he wheeled it with a full width front axle and stock ex rear! it was funny but it accually worked supprisingly good in the ruts.

I love my TTB, but have always admired a SAS job as well. If your setting up a SAS this easy, I'm sure you'll be doing gears as well in no time. If you need help with the first gear install, there is a lot of knowledge available on this forum.

Any more detailed pics, particularly of the steering, radius arm brackets, x-member, etc?
