everyday i get closer to scraping this truck

There are freeze plugs available that have a bolt in the center that you tighten after inserting them. They have a neoprene o-ring and internal fingers which expand inside the block as the bolt is cranked. once installed they are not coming out plus they can be installed in tight places. Pricey, but they work. Like this http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=13455

i went to advanced and got a couple. im going to try these. i hope they work. i had to take a break for food too....im going to get on it in a few mins

got it installed, put a 50 50 mix in, no leaks. started it no leaks. i start to think sweet its fixed......till i hear. pop; splash. i blew the damn plug out again!!!! is it possible that the block is warped and not allowing the freeze plugs to seat right?

Will it do it if you leave the radiator cap off?
