Alright so I ordered new Bilstein shocks on the 31st. I got an email after i ordered saying that they were back ordered and it would take 3 to 5 days to ship. Alright fine, would have been nice to know that before i ordered but whatever. 3 days go by, nothing. The 5th day i call them and they say that they should have them the next day (last thursday) and that is when they will ship. Friday comes and I get no shipping notice so i call them up to see whats going on. They then tell me they will go out that day. Monday comes and still no shipping notice. I call again and am told that they have them packaged and they will go out Tuesday since they missed the UPS truck. Of course by this point ive lost my patience. I tell them they need to go out today or else they will be paying for faster shipping. I get an email with a tracking number that day so i was happy. Today I get my shocks from UPS. Wrong f*cking shocks. 2 weeks and 1 day after i placed the order I get the wrong stuff. At this point I am sick and tired of getting screwed by this place. I call them up again and tell them I get the wrong stuff and ask if they can get the correct ones to me overnight or second day. The refuse to do it of course and tell me the soonest i can get them would be tuesday which would have been going on 3 weeks. I ask if they can help me out on the price since they have screwed me over on all of this. They wont do it so I tell them to cancel the order because i am done dealing with them.
I can understand being back ordered on parts. Thats fine. But when i am told different things every single time i call and then after all that getting the wrong parts really just pisses me off. They have probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. So if anyone is looking for new shocks, i highly recommend getting them somewhere else.
