My engine is locked up I'm thinking its the timing chain/sproket. What could It be???

Engine Wont Turn Over

Put the truck in neutral and try and turn the crank with a socket

That isn't a good enough description for anyone here to get started troubleshooting for you...
How many miles?
When did it lockup?
HAd it sat overnight?
Have you cleaned the battery cables and installed a NEW battery?
Lots of questions need to be answered..
Timing chains rarely lockup an engine..
Usually the battery, solenoid or starter is the culpret in these matters.
