You will need to replace the gear is there any slop in the shaft side to side and up and down. You will need a punch to knock out the drift pin holding the gear on the shaft and make sure you put the new gear on the same as it came off. A rebuilt dizzy is around $80 at autozone you will need to put the module off yours on it. Always use the heat sink grease on the flat surfaces when you put it together. Let us know when you get ready to install the dizzy if you have any Qs.
