Ive been trying to figure out my rough idle and picked up a vacuum gauge today. I plugged it into where my PCV hose goes into and it read normal at idle. Ive heard that using the PCV valve may not always give a good reading if it has a leak in the lower intake manifold. Is there any truth to that and if so where should i hook it in?
