Engine Stalling Issues

This just started occuring two days ago. My Ranger is stalling while in park or stopped at a traffic light in drive. It's been tuned up about 2 years ago and I had all the filters etc replaced. Is there an idle screw on my Ranger, and or what can I try etc. Thanks

Try cleaning/replacing the IAC

I just found a really bad vacuum leak off the top of the manifold.. I think that's what it was. I went and ordered an ECM anyways just to have just in case, hey you never know. I cleaned the IAC as it was filthy. So far the truck is running way better.
