my ranger only has a 2.3 (4cyl) in it.....it has good power in low range but with the 33's i have on it, i get it in fourth gear on the road it will barely go 60mph.....would i be better off to add parts to it like air intake and lift or lower the camshaft or should i just save up a long time and put a v-6 in it?

Try upshifting at about 45 mph. Let the OD (5th gear) handle the highway. You'll get better milage that way.

yea i do but what im saying is it won't pick up anymore speed it's like it has no power at all

Regear or engine swap/forced induction.

4.88's/5.13's

4.0 swap.

Dont' waste your money on silly air intakes.

Okay. You need more power to turn the big tires? Okay, Now I get you.
Is she redlining at 60 in OD or just bogging down?

Its a 2.3. He cant do anymore than 60mph. Like BlackBII said, regear/engine swap or forced induction. Knowing your current gear ratio could help a lot here. My guess would be 4:56's/4:88's for a re-gear.
