Hello All,

I have a 1990 Ford Ranger 4.0L SuperCab. It has about 131k miles. I recently had my valve cover gaskets replaced because it looked like oil was spilling from the top area. Though the top area still looks clean I still have oil dripping from the bottom. Any ideas?

Thanks!!

mine is the rear of the oil pan, just under the rear main seal.

I just took it in today and they said it was the oil pressure reading unit that was the culprit. Time will tell...

that is cheaper to fix than mine.

Well, time did tell...the leak is still there and it looks like perhaps the oil pan is the next suspect.
