Engine flooding?

My 2003 2.3 started up, idled really low and had almost no power. When I shut it down, I noticed fuel dripping out of the tail pipe. After I turned off the ignition, then restarted, the problem went away.

Was this just a glitch or an indicator of things to come?

Bad injector? Bad FPR?

Only happened once. I've been told that it could be a computer glitch, but I'd like additional information.
