Need help on this one. My 98 Ranger with 3.0L CEL came on and had codes for lean bank 1 and lean bank 2. I have monitered the o2 sensor PIDs and my long term fuel trim hovers around 20% all the time while the short term is between -2.5 to 1.0. I have checked for vacuum leaks and have none, fuel pressure is 42psi and does not drop under load. I can't beleave the o2 sensors are bad they are both switching. Anybody out there have some ideas?

try cleaning your maf

3.0's are usually good for lower intake gaskets. Did you smoke/break clean check them?

Fords are really bad about PCV hoses, particularly the rubber elbows, sucking in and ripping. That creates a vacuum leak. I agree on above, if there's no vacuum leak, clean the maf.
