Killin me!

Alright so Im thinking one of the cylinders is missing or cat converter is clogged. Just ain't sounded to me like a v6...I took the muffler pipe off the back of the cat and it seems to not have good full response when I push the pedal either. There seems to be significant constraint on the engine and taking an ass load of gas. There's a loud whining and pinging/knocking noise coming from the front end as well but doesn't sound like the drivebelt. Drivin me up the wall, though. Seems like when I put my foor on the gas, I can feel the motor struggling to get moving upon acceleration. Just want her runnin smooth again:bawling:

Any ideas??
