engine bracketry w/o P/S

Does anyone have any references to pics or writeups for 2.3L
Alt mtg brakets option w/o pwr steering? but w/AC?..
 
That's weird. My '94 has P/S, but no A/C. (plain jane XL trim) If i recall, the P/S pump & the AC are mounted on the same bracket, and it's a beefy bracket too.

On mine, it would be on the driver's side of the truck.
 
ok john... you want the 2 piece alt bracket for the alt from a 83-85/86(?) ranger that will mount it above and in front of the dizzy

then you need the brackets from a Turbo coupe for the ac, theat will put the compressor below the water pump low on the pass side, the TC compressor hoses may be long enoung for your B2 to hook to the evap and reciver drier...

your next question is...........
 
I actually found a TC locally last saturday....

I Looked at all and i think ur right my hoses prolly would stretch to fit that lower ac unit....

I have a alt mt bracket that attaches to my current p/s bracket...but i was'nt sure if the non ps alt mt was different....
and serpentine is my choice....

that's where the current p/s pump is mtd....in my donor engine...wasn't sure if they use that same bracket w/o ps..to mt the alt...if so I'm golden...just wanted to know for sure...
