I just picked up a 1992 F150 4x4 with the 351W. It didnt run when i got it but we replaced the tps and plugs and distributor cap'n'rotor and the PCV. It runs kinda but it has extremely low oil pressure and is pushing oil smoke out the cam breather. This is causing all sorts of problems like oil spots and ruining the air filter. I read about this EN Valve which replaces the PCV. it is supposed to create a vacuum in the crankcase and keep from leaking any oil. the site said it works just amazingly but im skeptical. Has anyone heard of it or used it before? It would be a cheap simple solution to this problem, like on the order of 50$
