Acutally no, a .12% raise is acutally only $0.018 per hour, .12% is not even close to 1%, I think he meant 12% which would be $1.80 per hour. The funnier part would be the 1/2 year increase of .6% which would be 2 increases of $0.09, them employer would have been smart to increase his pay every year for $0.018 per hour (.12%), in 50 years that would only be a little more than $16 per hour total.
