Electrical Problems?

Here are the problems on my 1995 Ranger:

ABS light flashing 16 times
Speedometer sometimes works
Brake switch doesn't work
Turn signals don't work and then they do
Radio lost power at one time as all station presets are gone

Any suggestions?

I forgot to say. I did check every fuse and they are all good.

I cleaned the battery posts, still having problems. The radio is dead. The voltage to the radio is 11.06 - 11.60V. Any Help?

Ok, I began messing with the fuse box and fuses under the hood and the hood light starting blinking. So I moved the fuse box until the hood light stayed on and everything worked. I moved it again until the hood light stayed off and had problems. I do I remove the fuse box and fix the problem?

Sounds llike a loose connection. I'd suggest continue your Wiggle Test (that IS a legitimate Ford procedure, btw) and narrow down what's loose. Check the Maxifuse for the alternator and all around that fusebox. My bet is the big wire has corrosion near the terminal end. Keep at it, you'll narrow it down.

If you do remove the fuse box, remember to disconnect the battery first.

You really can't without either disconnecting every wire or cutting them. However you can move it enough to see what is loose or wrong with it. But do what Earl said disconnect your battery first, get the panel loose, make sure you don't have any wires that are bare or touching any ground, then reconnect the battery and find your problem.
