I lost my cluster power , inside lights, hazard,windows, locks, wipers and radio. My fuses checked out . what could it be? Thanks, Baabd

Fuses check out, but do you have power into that section of the fuse block? and do you have ground out of fuse block? How about ground out of those device circuits?
Putting a dvm across the fuses, you should have 12V. Most of those items are ground switched.
