Electric fan install?

Is the electric fan install for 2000 ranger 4x4 3.0 the same as the one on the tech page, or is the ac switch wire set up different? Is anything different I should know about?

Is there a link out there for the underdrive crank pully or
pullies "where to buy them".

I just started poking around looking for the best mods to do. THANKS

Not too much help on the e-fan question. Mine is wired to a temp sensor, and comes on automatically.
