Egr???

No, only California Models Come With The EGR System.

Allan -- this is incorrect. My 1994 49-state 4.0 5-speed does not have EGR.

The 49-state vacuum hose diagram (no EGR):

The California diagram (EGR):

I can't say about a 1995 though.

Yes, a 95 4.0 has egr on the driver's side. I have two 95s and both have them...

My '99 4.0 does not have an EGR. Believe me, I spent a lot of time looking for it when I was replacing my intake manifold gaskets. Everything I read mentioned the need to disconnect the vacuum line to the EGR as you are taking everything apart. Finally found out that it's only the California 4.0's that have it.

95 and newer motors have egr. in 95 they changed the emissions.
look on your left exhaust manifold
