I am getting a po401, and po402 code. One is for excessive flow and the other is for insufficient flow. HUH?? lol.

Is it more apt to be the DPFE sensor, or egr vacuum selenoid? Im leaning towards a bad DPFE sensor. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks :icon_cheers:

It's the DPFE sensor. It always is.... Ive replaced mine about every spring pretty much. I think the condensation in the exhaust from the short trips I make living in town is what fritzes them up. Didn't have to do it the year I lived the next town over since every trip was at least 10 miles then.

I am having the same issue, replaced the EGR valve and now have the solenoid and what they called I think the EGR pressure sensor?? Is that the same as the DPFE sensor? Am going to install them both tomorrow but after reading this may start with the sensor.

Cheers!
