I recently pulled a taurus efan, single blade/fan with 2 speeds. I have an AMETEK SAZ-4201FR 100 amp solenoid. I was told to get power from an ignition source such as the fuel pump relay. I am not sure which wire this is or where to find it. I tried tracing it from the relay in the power distribution box...but not sure it's the right one. I don't wanna blow any more fuses or kill the pump. Does anyone here know which is the fuel pump relay wire or how to tap into the fuel pump relay? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you wanting it to run all the time or be temperature controlled or what?

The just find an ignition power source and use that to trigger your solenoid (steering column). If you are trying to find ignition power, get a test light and probe the pins of the relay socket with someone turning the key on/off. When you find the ones that comes on with the key and off with the key you have your 12v ignition source.

Run your power for your fan from your battery.
