I am new to RBV but work at a Firestone service center(I am NOT a tech) so we do tires and suspension work alot-well one of the techs has been after me to GET A WHEELER! So I was crusing CL last week and saw a neat little 86 4cyl 4x4 for $400 -I was hooked -we drove it to the shop and it needed a flywheel/starter and rear brakes also renewed clutch and brake hoses. The litte truck runs great and we even took it to the woods a little (no spare tire so no crazy stuff-YET!) Here is my question-ebay has a 3" kit no shocks for $268 and a 4" kit with shocks for $440,I wish I remembered the shipping but I am thinking it was higher on the one with shocks, anyway I may have jumped the gun a little by buying 285/75R16 mudders already. This would put a regear and lift in my future right?:icon_welder: we can do all this at work but help choose CHEAP parts as this is hobby I have only been 4 wheelin twice if you count the state park gravel road we TESTED the ranger on night before last!:icon_rofl:
