Hey guys, Ive been browsing some lifts and theres a seller on ebay springman98Who sells Canuck Motorsports/Springtech lifts. There are all sorts of varieties, from spindles to coils to new UCAs along with blocks or shackles.

I just figured id post this and let some people know about them. They seem like a good deal. Ive heard nothing but good reviews from the Silverado forums.

The Springtech stuff can also be purchased on suspensionmax.com. The prices by Canuck on Ebay are slightly higher than that of the Springtech guys over on suspension max though. They make good products. I have the 2" lift springs and rear lift shackles. The shackles are really nice and fit great but the front springs are super stiff and don't sit completely seated in the LCA's so the ride is pretty harsh.

hey tygershark! long time no see my friend!
nice to see ur lifting that baby!

Oh really? Awesome thats good to know I can find it cheaper. AND its also good to know they are decent products.

How harsh is the ride? Im riding on springs and shocks that are waaay past their due date. Haha. I dont mind a lil stiffness .. thats to be expected.

Haha yeah man! I kinda got a lil too busy with college and work to log on and chat. But summertime is here. So its time to give the ranger some luvin :icon_thumby:

Truck looks good honduras. I love the cluster swap!

nice!! yeah lift!!
thanks man lol, ive been doing some things here and there...
i would recomend u to keep the oem springs, get the 2" spacers and some 4wd spec shocks.
lift blocks for the rear is the easiest way to lift the rear too.
trust me stiff ride isnt good on this trucks lol

Oh really? I had experience with coil spacers on my last truck .. Wasnt fun. Ended up throwing in the towel lol. Ill look into it. I need new coils and shocks anyway. So everythings getting replaced no matter what lol.

Well the coil spacer idea is actually looking to be cheaper. I can get 2 Moog coils for about 80 shipped.

What kind of shocks do you need if you use spacers? Will regular 4x4 OEM ranger shocks fit?

yeah some normal 4wd shocks will work, since ur going 4wd height.
if u use 2wd ones ull be reaching the travel limit on them on every bump, thats annoying.

some shocks may need u to enlarge the lower bolt holes a bit, so they fit the bolting points on the truck.
nothing a good drill and bit wont do.

Ahh ok. I see. I remember seeing a post somewhere about the shock hole mod. What about rear shocks? Will the 4x4 ones also work with 2inches?

i still have the stock 2wd ones on the rear of mine. but deff the 4wd ones will give more susp travel.
maybe thats why mine jumps on the bumps lol
the compression is fine. decompressing is were the shock hits the travel limit, since the lift is taking part of the travel.
that is more noticeable on the front.

Alright awesome. Im prolly gonna buy some moog coils along with monroe shocks and just get a spacer and shackles.

i was lucky and when i swapped out the diff in mine i got the shock mount welded on the tube so it brought the shouck mount up so i could use stock shocks
