Has anybody used the exhaust coating from the Eastwood company? Is it worth the money and does it work?

VHT is about the best there is for rattle can exhaust coatings. I'd look at other companys if your looking at doing a proper ceramic coating.

I'd take the brush on Eastwood over any spray job. Surface prep is the most important thing no matter what paint. I cooked mine after painting for three hours at 400 degs in the oven. Best is as said a good ceramic but they too vary in quality.

Why not find a local powder coater?

We had these headers done for $180, inside and out, with a 5 yr warranty.

Your wife let you put parts in her oven:shok: Is this required to cure the brush on ceramic? I am going to buy one of the coatings to brush paint the outside of my manifolds. The inside one looks like it would work but they will still look ugly on the outside.

Not a ceramic but a thick paint that requires that heat to cure - What wife? None around anymore, that's why I can do things like that.
