I hooked up duraspark II ignition on my 2.8 and it runs great. One concern tho is that my coil is geting really hot. I tried diffrent coils. I'm guessing its mayby a ground issue. Any feedback would be great.

Are you using the stock square coil. If the ground was bad it probably wouldnt work very good if at all. You may need to add a ballast resistor if your using a after market coil to cut down the voltage going to it.

Mine gets warm/hot sometimes too, but my last one went out due to being the original one. New one has a warrenty on it, so Im not to worried.

My stock coil burnt up so I got a cannister summit brand with mount and ballast resister with mount for like 27 bux

Cool thanks for the feedback
