The 302 I'm putting in my ranger might have a duraspark II, but it is currently full injected and I plan on changing it to carbureted. Will The ignition still work in my 91' which was originally a 4.0L?

You will have to hardwire it all in, will not be a plug and play at all. It is still a fairly simple hookup though.

Don't forget to watch the dizzy gear material, roller cams need a steel gear. '85 Mustang is a common application.

As far as converting an EFI truck to carburation, it might be easier to just leave the engine fuel injected.

Wanted to keep it Fuel injected so it could be turbo charged bu there is some major problems with the wiring so I was told to convert it to carbureted would actually be alot easier and cost about the same. I also did some reading and figure finding a duraspark would prolly be difficult where I am and decided to price out what I needed from MSD. Think I'll just get from them. On a side note... Is it possible to find out if there is any trs members in my area?

I know of one guy who is from Hawaii. Have not seen him post in a long time though.

EDIT: 302splash is his screen name
