Ive done a search but still not clear, if i run durango springs will i have to mod my shakles or can i run them as is?

i ran some full sized dodge leafs on my old bronco ii, i just swapped the very top spring with the eyelets, cause i wasn't sure either, i got about 5 inches of lift from the hybrid springs... sorry i know that doesn't answer your question lol.
