Translation:
He has an '89, 5-speed, 2wd ranger with 299k miles on it. He want's to change his tranny fluid, but doesn't know what to. Also 1'st and reverse are reluctant to go in to gear.

If I were you I would start off with buying a Chiltons manual for it. It will help you tremendously! You're truck has a lot of miles on it, and will need some love'n. You're gona need that manual bud. :icon_thumby:

.......................... Heres a couple periods. Feel free to sprinkle them throughout your post so we can understand what you are trying to tell us.:icon_rofl::icon_idea:

Easy now…. I like punctuation too, but let's not discourage the new member. I've looked at quite a few other forums, and the posts don't have any punctuation at all. Kind of like texting (witch drives me nuts) but he may just be used to that. If we help him, he'll stay and hopefully catch on to how we do it.

Over 1000 posts and I've yet to use punctuation like im supposed too 100% of the time. A couple guys here are over 7k and they are just as bad as me We dont need no periods. rock on new guy, send me a pm and i;ll tell you how to use commas instead of periods and how to screw other punctations beyond recognition.
