Dumb Oil question

When am looking at the dipstick on my 02 4.0L where should the oil be on the stick? I know dumb question but on my last car it was easy, this one is kinda werid there are hash marks and holes. If you got pics that would be great too. Flame suit on

Crosshatched area is the safe area. Anywhere in there and you're good to go.

I like to pull thedipstick and see oil in ALL the holes.. Gives me a warm feeling...
