TireRack.com lets you see wheels on a mockup of your vehicle. If you can find the rims you may be set. Problem with larger wheels is finding a set with the proper offset to fit right.

That Ad said they were 6 x 4.5 mounts... Rangers use a 5 x 4.5 don't they?
