And it was one BAMF car. It would have been more fun if I hadn't been scared of wrecking the car.

Had a shiny blue one the other day at the local dealer. I was the first to test drive one in the area. Extremely fun. Only bad thing was the slushbox, i mean automatic tranny.

Not this one, 6 speed manual!!!

Sweet. Got pics?:icon_bounceblue:

Nope, sorry. I'm not in the habit of taking my camera to work to take pictures of the cars I drive/work on.

Fair enough. I probably wouldn't have gotten pics either if it was at work.

Burnout, haha, I barely made it across the street to the gas station.... I got to the pump and it died.

Took me a minute to figure out that fuel door gets pushed in before it pops out. I thought it was a switch-released one.

My brother's has been built since May 20th, still sitting on ramp 51 (the big parking lot) waiting to be shipped. It has been cleared to ship for quite awhile... but hasn't.:icon_confused:

It has burned thru 2 ETA's (the last one was last Friday June, 25th), the third has yet to be assigned.

I have been looking around on the 'net, they seem to be having widespread problems getting them out, lots of theorys but no real answers.

We have been having problems with the carrier company damaging vehicles. It's possible that the problems are more wide spread and Ford is reluctant to ship such high dollar cars until the issues get sorted out.

That's just a guess though.

They have a GT-500 on the way, it was delayed a day because the train broke down... there is a lot of stuff that can happen between here and there that a person doesn't really think about.

They haven't had any problems lately with damaged vehicles though.

I envy you! Drove a 2010 gt with a stick. Was fun, but i bet that 6 speed with 100 more hp was extremely fun. Kinda makes me wish I would have waited on the harley.
