will mazda B2200 1986-1993 drop spindals fit on my 1992 Ranger?

No. The B2200 you talk about is a whole different truck, does not have any relation to the Ford Ranger. You can only get dropped i-beams or lowering springs to lower your generation of Ranger. To find out more info, go to the "lowriders" forum section slightly below. However, if you do find anything off a B2300, B3000, or B4000, it will work because they are Ranger based and use the same suspension parts.
