Need some help! I have a 1994 Mazda B4000 that im trying to do a driveshaft swap in. I have a 2001 ranger 1 piece shaft all is good except the front wont bolt up because the t case flange holes are off. Can anyone tell me if i can just replace the flange and if so where can i get it? I dont want to go through the trouble of different u joints and what not.

First, are you sure it's not in backwards. Some of them, but I don't think your's is one, have different spacing at the front and back. If that doesn't do it, you can measure out your bolt spacing and then go find a local drive live shop. They should be able to get you a flange that matches your u-joint and flange.

If the rear flange fits the T-case then you have a starting point for what flange you need.

The drive shaft is not in backwards, the flange for the rear is 3 in. And the flange for the t case is 2 and a half. I just needed to know if there is a flange that will fit that t case. and if theres any sites that carry them.

Yes, there is and the flange should be about $35-45 at your ford dealer.
(though don't quote me exactly it's been six or seven years since I bought one)

2001 ford switched to the large flange on the t-case to match the flange on the axle.

Last time I tried to get the flange from the dealer (November 2009) I was told it was only available with purchase of a new shaft. I was able to get one from a local drive line shop for $25 + tax.
