*Solved*:
It was a corroded wire in the 3rd (cab mounted) brake light. The stealership found it, tried to charge me $345.00 to fix. We settled on $75.00 + tax!

Hi all,

My left (drivers side) turn signals dim and do not flash when the brakes are applied.
Things are fine unless I press the brake pedal.
Right side is fine, no issues. I replaced the bulbs and brake light switch (on the pedal), no luck. Seems like a grounding issue, but nothing seems out of place. The left license plate light is out, but that does not seem like it would be related. I disconected the trailer lights, but that didn't help.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I would try to make a new ground for the left tail/brake light see if that works. After doing that make sure you didnt kill the ground for the other lights or trailer plug

If that dont do it then its probably your multi function switch ( turn signal/high beam switch in the steering colum) Mine is going out, at random times I do not have a left brake light untill I click the turn siginal to left for a brief second then all of a sudden the left brake will work again for a while. I need to repleace my switch ASAP

Thanks for the suggestion! Are you talking splicing in a new ground at the tail light bulb socket?

I hadn't thought of the multi-function switch.... That's worth a look too.
Thanks!

Any other ideas? Anyone?....... Buehler?.....

yea splice one in using one of the taps like the one in the pic i posted that way you are not cutting the factory ground just tapping into it and running the wire to the chassis
