I/We STILL dont understand what youre trying to do...

When I put EB coil buckets onto mine, I cut and reshaped the back of the bucket to fit over the hump in the frame.

im thinking about just welding some shims in to make it flat and drilling the holes threw to mount the bracket but other than that i dont know what to do to fix it

I just told you....

^^^This!!! I've got some after-market spring buckets that I'll probably notch to fit around the bump in the frame. If you start shimming things out on the frame, you'd better do the same on both side or it'll be uneven.

i see what your saying now ok thanks for the advise im gonna go get stated on it right now

This is what I did. Its 3/16" plate that I used and I used my shop press to bend it to shape. Its not finished in this pic. But gives you a good idea. And I welded a 1/4" plate on the bottom to support it.
drivers side coil bracket ?

Are you going full width or narrowing your front axle? I would recommend NOT to space the buckets out from the frame.

im going full width is your truck full width or shortned ?

Its full width. What year axle did you get? (the cast on radius arms or the weld on?) Mine is the removable weld on type and I moved my radius arm wedges in 2.5" on each side to match the width of the Ranger frame AND to move the radius arms in so they won't rub on the tires.

That is exactly the way I made mine fit, I just used a piece of small angle and flattened it a bit to fit over the hump.

Glad I'm doing something right!:)

if i saw right the wedges are cast on how do i move them in or fix that problem if there cast on ........
